Each strap is handcrafted using high-quality acrylic climbing rope, known for its extreme durability, flexibility, and comfort. We use genuine leather for the bindings and premium split rings to ensure your gear remains secure.
Are these straps compatible with my camera model?
Our straps are designed to be universal. They work perfectly with any camera that features round lug holes (standard on most mirrorless and DSLR cameras). For cameras with flat eyelets, we recommend using a small triangle ring adapter.
How long does shipping take?
Since every strap is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 7-14 business days for international delivery depending on your local customs processing.
Can I customize the length and color of my strap?
Yes! We offer a wide range of color combinations for both the rope and the binding thread. You can specify your preferred length during the checkout process to ensure the strap fits your shooting style perfectly.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return your strap within 30 days of delivery. Please note that since items are custom-made, they must be in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
How do I clean and maintain my camera strap?
Our acrylic rope straps can be hand-washed with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid submerging the leather ends in water; instead, treat the leather bindings with a standard leather conditioner occasionally to keep them supple.
