At Hyperion Handmade, we stand by the craftsmanship of our camera straps and offer a 30-day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all custom hardware included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Strap

  Securely pack the handmade strap in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our production studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
